Shipping and Returns

Shipping:  We generally ship ASAP via the US Post Office.  Subject to availability, orders placed today are estimated to ship within 1-3 days. 

We ship via the United States Post Office.  Domestic Orders are shipped via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. International orders are also shipped via USPS International Mail.  The shipping charge covers the cost of mailing and bubble packaging.  We do not charge a separate handling fee on standard orders. Our shipping cost breakdown: Domestic US orders; A flat rate of $4.50 on all orders under $50.00 Canada orders; a minmum of $15.50 plus a sliding surcharge of approximately $0.10 for each item ordered.  International orders; a minimum of $30.50 plus a sliding surcharge of approximately $0.10 for each item ordered.  These will vary due to weight cost with the USPS. Some products, due to size or weight, incur a separate shipping surcharge. Free shipping within the United States on retail orders of $50 or more (excluding tax & surcharges).

Rush Orders:  We can accommodate most rush orders (subject to item availability) and ship your purchase overnight or expedited via the USPS or Federal Express. Let us know if you have a FedEx account.  The charge for Rush Order handling will be the actual carrier cost plus a $10.00 expedited handling charge. To initiate a Rush Order, please notify us through by e-mail that you would like your order expedited.

Returns: All returns must be authorized in advance.  A restocking fee of 10-20% may be incurred.  All returns must have the issued RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package or the package will be refused.
