Shipping: Orders are shipped daily via the United States Postal Service.  Each order is bubble wrapped within a poly bubble mailer.  Our order packet goes out USPS 1st Class Mail with tracking services.  Priority Mail and Overnight Express services must be requested-these would incur additional charges 

Availability: We try to maintain inventory on the pins listed on our site.  Many of our collector pins and retired pins have limited amounts available. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we will adjust your order accordingly.  All submitted shopping cart orders are verified for inventory stock levels prior to charging your credit card. We charge for only what is shipped in your order.  Some "special order" or "out of stock" products can take up to four weeks in order to restock our inventory.  We make every attempt to update the site and not display items we know are unavailable.
