Finding your Pins: The Catalog-View by List function is the complete listing of all pins available. The Gallery-View by Picture function is all pins that have a picture available for viewing. We are adding new pictures daily to complete our on-line catalog of over 10,000 pins. A DX designation with a pin description denotes a duplicate listing.

Search Tips: To find if a certain pin is available, use our Browse All Items function, available at the top of the Category List. A more specific search can be achieved from within the particular category. An example would be a search for an eagle pin.

A search for eagle in all items would yield over 100 miscellaneous pins available with the word eagle.

To refine your search and find a pin of the bird Eagle, a search within the Animals Category would show Eagle bird pins available. A Philadelphia Eagles sports fan should search from within the Football Category, whereas Eagles with an Indian motif would be found in the Indians Category.

Availability: We maintain inventory on most of the pins listed. At times, some of our stock is in short supply or unavailable. We do not maintain back orders. If an item is unavailable at the time of order, we will notify you and you must reorder these pins. It can take up to four weeks to restock some pins. We make every attempt to update the site accordingly, not displaying items we know are unavailable.

Returns: All returns must be authorized in advance. A restocking fee may be incurred. All returns must have the issued RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton or the package will be refused.

Buying your Pins: When you wish to buy an item, press the "Buy" button on the shopping cart. You can increase the number of pins by changing the number shown in the text box. You can clear your order of all items on the shopping cart review page at any time. If your browser is left inactive, you're cart will automatically be emptied of it's contents.

Credit Cards Accepted: We proudly accept all major credit cards and charge your card at the time your items are actually shipped. All personal and credit card information is entered on a secure server and encrypted for your protection.

To purchase by check: Please place your order using the Quick Checkout function found at the top of the order form and we will contact you. Do not mail a check until we confirm all items are available and advise you of your final order amount. Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears your financial institution; approx 7-10 business days.

Shipping: We make every attempt to ship orders ASAP; most orders ship 10 days or sooner. We ship via the United States Post Office-Snail Mail. Domestic Orders are shipped via First Class Mail and are insured. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail. The shipping charge covers the cost of mailing and packaging~ we do not charge a separate handling fee on standard orders. Our shipping cost breakdown: Domestic US orders; a minimum of $2.50 plus $.10 for each item ordered. International orders; a minimum of $6.00 plus $.10 for each item ordered. Some products due to size or weight incur a separate shipping surcharge. Free shipping within the United States on retail orders of $50 or more, excluding tax.

Rush Orders: We can accommodate most rush orders (subject to item availability) and ship your purchase overnight or expedited via Federal Express. The charge for Rush Order handling will be the actual carrier cost plus a $10.00 expedited handling charge. To initiate a Rush Order, please notify us through our Customer Service request form that you would like your order expedited.

Viewing Problems: The PinTreasures.com website works best when your browser is AOL 4.x, AOL 5.x, MSIE 5.x or Netscape 5.x. Most successful operating systems used on the site are Windows XP & Windows 98. Additionally, your browser must be set to accept cookies & run JavaScript. Please report viewing problems through our Customer Service request form. Include as much information about your browser and operating system as possible.
